I am 178cm and wearing 5cm heels 24/7. Still I am feeling very small and insecure about my height.
In clubbing situations, there are 190cm broad shouldered moggers around.

I think it depends on frame. I'm5ft11 and not insecure but i got large frame and muscle. Weigh 104kg lean so more thn most ppl much taller. When I was a teenager i was insecure about my height though hard to tell if I got more secure because of age or big frame I guess.

It depends, for functional reasons maybe if he wants to buy groceries and gain more reach. But other than that I would say booooy, just own it already.

Minimalistic shoes mog anyways. So kinda yes.
