So your lifespan reduces by 2 years but you also biologically age 2 years (wrinkles, collagen, hair loss, T levels, etc). Actual legal age for job/college purposes doesn't change.

So for example you go from 5'10 18 years old to 6'3 but now you're 28 years old biologically.
