You think you’d do it for 3-4 years? No brainer. I already work 50+ hours a week for 95k. I'd gladly triple that money and work weekends too, at least for 3-4 years and I'd be able to retire off that somewhere in SEA.
Yes, but it would have to depend on the nature of the work though, I'm assuming it aligns with my current duties. I've been overworked and underpaid since graduating so I wouldn't pass by a chance to build up a solid nest egg. The money would also lead to a lot of investment opportunities. You think you’d do it for 3-4 years?

Only until I can afford my surgeries.
Graduated CS mid pandemic and worked as a software dev for a large company for two years. The position was fully remote initially, and it wasn't that bad, about ~45 hrs a week for 110kish. Shortly after we had some policy changes where management wanted the company to be more lean, and I was re-org'd to a busy team that had me on-call half the time since I was a more junior member. There were times when I got paged at 2AM to fix critical issues, and you were always expected to be checking Slack messages. There wasn't much work life balance to speak of, but I've recently moved on to a new and more chill role at a small sized company (~100 employees).Brutal.
Can you share how you fell into being overworked and underpaid?
