it can, for me getting orbital box ostetomy of even 2mm would be drastic, 5 mm alot in terms of harmony

That's the thing. We don't know why but sometimes surgery just makes someone look weird even though it fixed some failo that supposedly held them back.

Btw you should see CosmicMaxxers face. He had a narrow IPD and got OBO. While it improved his ES ratio, it made him look uncanny.Just one example of what I mean.

But the thing is, barely anyone succeeds. Sure, I have seen people here go up the PSL scale with surgery. But a lot of them aren't chads in the same way a natural born 6'4 white chad is. I.e. women don't perceive them the same way even though they do better.
