Wouldn't you feel emasculated if you're appreciated just because of your looks and nothing else?

I know it opposes the very central idea of blackpill that "looks above all". But since the dawn of civilization if men are known for anything that is by their actions and ability to perform and not be redundant in the society. A useful man is an attractive man. Guys like jordan barrett and lachowski might have the ideal midface ratio and perfect gonial angle and canthal tilt but in a broader sense their appeal is not masculine at all (since they are appreciated just because of their outward appearance and that's feminine)
On the other hand real powerful men who aren't breathtakingly beautiful (not that ugly either, just not model tier) but are masters of their own crafts and knows how to get shit done are more admirable by their male peers and attractive to the females in the long run.

Einstein got a 2.0 in attentiveness in a photofeeler experiment, so much for appreciating competence

And you think a photofeeler score dictates your life trajectory?

A massive part of being manly, is looking manly. A small jawed small framed white guy just looks brutally weak when he is trying to look badass. Looking the part is literally step 1 in actually being the part.

That was a joke
Overall appreciation by male peers and respect by those in your field, yeah, but it's not gonna increase your attractiveness to females necessarily

the constant validation you get from being gl makes you a better person in other departments as well

I watch my good looking friend recieve validation non-stop all day long with our interactions with other people when we hangout
It's very demoralising, It's the little things too which add up
A friends mum will treat them nicer and focus more on them in the situation etc etc
It's hard to not notice it once you see it, but it is a stark difference
It builds up over time

A useful man is an attractive man.

Far far more humilliating: basically your worth is how others can make advantage/profit off of you.

Having a good quality of life, good feedback from society and a good overall experience without the need to bring productivity or utility back in exchange is the exact opposite of emasculating: you are valued for your inherent "worthyness" instead of the ability to extract productivity from you.
