Derealization is a dissociative symptom where the external world feels unreal, dreamlike, distorted, or detached, often described as viewing life through a fog or glass wall. While individuals remain aware that their perceptions are not real (intact reality testing), this distressing experience is common in anxiety, trauma, or stress disorders.

i have this :ppParty:
If you take drugs or if u have ptsd, anxiety or chronical stress then u could have it

If u look in the mirror and ur face starts to look weird or faces of other people look weird or if ur vision is blurry and u feel detached from ur emotions than it could be a derealization

  • Love it

I have derealization
I had it end of 2024. The more you think about it, the worse it gets. Forget about it, and stay to your normal routine. Try go out, see friends, excercise, take a break from drugs ect. Doing all this, mine went away in the matter of months. I know it’s hard to not think about it and it fucking sucks while you have it, but it doesn’t last very long.
