But the difference is that if you send another photo to your employer, pimeyes wont be able to match that. Also I have interned in HR department before and most don’t bother with screenings apart from calling the candidates college or his previous job site.

Your employee doesn't have to "proof" shit. They can just reject you without a providing a reason
