Wow this night was so strange when I wa tryna sleep

I couldn’t sleep and sleept and woke up a few times and I just got this feeling of loneliness and Bordem I just wanted the night to end that was wired is finally over I’m wake

That's a common feeling when drifting from rem to awake, throughout the sleeping time u might wake up and fall asleep right away but some times u will wake up and be conscious and have that sort of feelings, its normal and don't mean anything

When in rem sleep u experience vision and dreams and that's what u remember dreaming, as the sleeping process develops through the night u wake up many times as I said previously, but normally u go back to sleep right away. When that process fails u wake up at weird hours and feels weird, the best u can do its register the hour and the last things u remember from when u wake up. It may make u comprehend what makes u feels that way
