Not an expert on implants

But I heard wraparounds are bad, better to do gonial implants if needed and genio or chin implant

And some people don’t even like gonial implants because it’s so close to the muscle and bite force

Idk about chin wing

I somewhat have narrow lower jaw, planning to do BSSO. I am confused If I should try to do condylar rotating (expanding gonions) or ching wing for expansion at the same time.

Chin wing is really unnecessary, there’s a reason Ramieri and other surgeons don’t perform it anymore- a better approach is staircase genio for vertical height and projection + a chin implant to get a desired shape or contour of the chin

Depends on ur bizygomatic width, if bigonial width is 90% or above , don't do it

Every (western) country has a few maxfac surgeons who can do this.
