The thing with implants are that they look slightly uncanny, chin wing is own boneNot an expert on implants
But I heard wraparounds are bad, better to do gonial implants if needed and genio or chin implant
And some people don’t even like gonial implants because it’s so close to the muscle and bite force
Idk about chin wing
Isn’t it pretty hard to find surgeons who are experienced with rhatThe thing with implants are that they look slightly uncanny, chin wing is own bone

Depends on ur bizygomatic width, if bigonial width is 90% or above , don't do itI somewhat have narrow lower jaw, planning to do BSSO. I am confused If I should try to do condylar rotating (expanding gonions) or ching wing for expansion at the same time.
Every (western) country has a few maxfac surgeons who can do this.Isn’t it pretty hard to find surgeons who are experienced with rhat
