Wraparound implant or genio?

Is it a better idea to get a sliding genioplasty + jaw angle implants, as opposed to going for a full on wraparound?

Ideally I wouldnt really want any implants, but since there isn't genioplasty for mandible, then I would prefer to just have those implants if it works as well.

What u mean? Genio is bone and jaw angles are just 2 seperate implants, as opposed to 3 with chin

The decision to get a sliding genioplasty + jaw angle implants or full wraparound will depend on how badly recessed your chin is. Badly recessed chins really need genio over implants. Also, there's no reason why you can't a have a genio + wraparound.
