I know that Cheekbones implant made in peek cost about 5k to 8k (italy), so i guess a similar price for gonial angle dunno in other country if they are more expansive

Idk good question.
But imo it doesn't matter that much. As long as you get some screw to secure the implant.

Yes medpor can fracture and be crushed

PEEK is more structural then silicone
