wrinkles and lines i think

i see these lines and wrinkles on my face is there any way to get rid of them? my skin looks rough

You're recessed. No cream will fix it, however they can help with the appearance use tretinoin or tretinoin after accutane, this won't magically get rid of all the lines since you're nasolabial folds come from your maxilla not being projected enough. (A rhino would ascend you like hell).

im a bloatcel and feel like the lines comes from the bloat? Are you sure its because of the maxilla?

Looks fairly similiar to me, however camera photos exxagerate everything.
