Wrinkles getting worse when I moisturize my skin

I recently noticed that my wrinkles (especially the ones around my mouth) are much more important when exposed to light with a moisturized skin

I've been applying argan oil to my skin every night, is it normal? Have I been using too much perhaps?

That sucks anyway

They dont get worst, they just appear more cuz of light
