Wrist closure after spine?

I am 16 176cm tall 76kg on around 12%bf

the wrists are one of the first plates to close,
they have grown thicker but i havent grown a single mm in MONTHS

I am currently on 8 iu, i am doing one iu more per week till around 10.

is this normal?

I am just looking for advice to see if this is normal. My plates should still be open bc i am currently shorter then both my parents.
