Ok? It literally doesnt matter. All that means is that your forearms wont grow any longer. The bones can still grow in thickness despite growth plates being closed.
I have never in my life seen a 13 year old wristmog a full grown adult.
It just simply doesnt happen. Thats because wrists can grow in circumfrence after 18.
My grandma is a prime example. She use to have thin womanly wrists. But now at 75 she wristmogs the average man, and uses mens watches.
She also has a very masculine face now aswell, with a strong chin, and heavy browridge. Legit dimorphism mogs my dad.
