Wrist plates are fused do knees close later? Should i use ai or its pointless

I have been diagnosed with ghd like 2 momths ago and my do prescribed me near 2mgs daily said ur plates wre open first pic and i did an xray again of wrist they were almost fused said its counted as fused and i did my e2 (estradol) it was 50.81ml is it the main cause of my plates fusing so doon at near 16? Tryna get prescribed ai for it

Yeah just the wrist havent checked the knees and pelvic i think my e2 levels were littrealy super high they were almost 51 so fucked up if the docot aint going to prec to bed it to me im gona take it anyways if knees were open
