I increased the circumference of my wrist by half an inch over the course of a year at age 26.

I went from 6.5 inches to 7 inches.

How?

Well, I take a lot of supplements, but I believe the key was Vitamin K2.

I took 3000mcg MK4, 300mcg MK7 (3 pills of Life Extension Super K)

Before anybody says this is impossible, I've literally not worked out the entire year, so this isn't forearm gains- if anything forearms have gotten weaker over this time. This is pure bone bass increase.

Cofactors that may also have played a role: Magnesium (600mg per day), Cod Liver Oil & Liver (Vitamin A- required for production of osteocalcin, vitamin K2 activates this osteocalcin), Vitamin D (I did not supplement with this but it does play a role in osteocalcin production, my levels were most likely adequate), Milk (Calcium)

It`s not

this is what it is
It's very clear they have increased in size. It wasn't even something I was concerned about, until I noticed they looked thicker and measured.

Even if you think I'm BSing, you should still take K2 for the cardiovascular benefits

vitamin A is needed for osteocalcin production- I doubt I was deficient as I eat a heavily animal based diet

kek mine are 6.5 at 5'10 and I thought that was bad, 6.5 at 6'2 must be stickman mode, I've legit seen 5'5 dudes with like 7.5-8 inch wrists human body makes no sense sometimes

Also isn't 3000mcg a fuckton? All the K2 Ive seen comes in 90-180 mcg, have I been looking at the wrong thing?

Its pretty masculine imo, will make your arms bigger which is good too

Also when your wrists are similar size to most girls even ones shorter than you its kinda suifuel

my wrist size increases by 0.3 every summer. Have to adjust watch and shit

They seem to do the same thing, I conclude that it is a fuckton

Any reason you took so much?
I only took 3 super K pills per day. Don't have much logic for dosing that much. MK7 has a longer half life, while MK4 is found commonly in animal foods. So go for MK7 if you are decidinh

Fatter guys have bigger bones, I have noticed
Being skinny in up to and in adolescence makes you undeveloped

That's true in general but I'm not sure that's why

Their parents also tend to have big bones and are also fat usually. I've seen people who are low bodyfat with bigger bones too but their parents also have big bones.

I wasn't malnourished and ended up with 6.5 and my parents have pretty small bones too

I think this cope since he took 3mg most non cope doses about bone density say 45 minimum in women and 15 minimum to slow down osteporisp

45 minimum for women? what would be the ideal dose for men then? i take 45mg as a guy

45MG are you sure and is it mk4. If it is that should be a good starting dose. I think the only guy with actual proof whose face "grew" took around 100mg. The proof was he had some x-ray stuff dentist stuff and after 3, months of taking mk4 around 100mg his new scans showed new bone growth primarily around the cheekbones and little around mandible although it was mm not much cool proof of concept TLDR take start with 45mg and titrate to 100mg-135mg pretty expensive tho the dose for men is was 45x3. Oh and make sure to take you know the co factors like vitamin D3/A Cal/Mag some people say that it could cause sides if you don't but I don't really believe that but if you feel off stop.I might megadose it and report in few months one I get the cash

It is Mk7 but I am not trying to use for facial growth

I am taking 50k IU Vitamin D with it just trying to follow a study I found online, I don't know if such a low does makes any diff but just want to be as accurate as possible

I think its not as crazy as your k2, you can get Vit D in 10k Pills so I take 5 a day. It is obviously an insane amount but I don't think anything bad happens from to much Vit D. It's supposed to be an androgen agonist but we'll see in a few months if it does anything

how much milk/calcium were you drinking?

Did you gain any weight during that period because that might have been it. My wrist went from 6.5 to 7 inches but that's because I went from 185cm 60kg auschwitzmaxxed to 85kg
