no, maybe a little bit but there is little to no muscle covering the wrist area, it's mostly tendon and bare bone. only way to increase it is to get really fat or surgical implants/fat grafting

i didn't measure it but i am sure i belong to aushwitcz escapee or wristlet (im not skinny), but i balanced it with big forearms muscles so it looks somewhat aesthetic.

I bulked then cut and my Apple Watch needed the 3rd hole instead of the last 2

meaning my wrist size shrunk after i lost fat

You can’t grow wrist size there’s like no muscle there

Yeah but I'm skinny, so I'd want to add both fat and muscle. So if I add a lil bit of fat is it gonna be better?
