wrist started to hurt

i work as a freelance programmer man I really hate this already.
this can lead to a condition called Repetitive strain injury where I will not be able to use keyboards without serious pain. My brother's friend has this and he had to stop working for 3 months.

this can legit kill my career fuark. I don't have insurance, maybe I should get it now? idk how it works

I can't slay bc I am ugly af now I can't moneymaxx, friend died yesterday what else is coming?

I used to have carpal tunnel because of chronic gaming. proper posture of both hands and arms help a lot. There are also some braces online that keep your wrists in the proper place; i had some and they helped a lot then.
