The people that make these stupid ass calculators are gymcels whose lives revolves around the mindless activity of picking up heavy objects and putting them down again, over and over, day after day. They have no other interests outside of the gym and they spend all their time analyzing the small inconsequential shit, trying to figure out how to gain that extra miniscule amount of muscle.

This calculator is inaccurate
Dexa scans are inaccurate
Bodyfat calipers are inaccurate
Calorie calculators are inaccurate
FFMI is inaccurate

Numbers on a screen don't translate into reality

Trust your eyes and take progress pics. Stop worrying about the natty limit and become the natty limit instead.

Wrist size has a very high correlation with frame though, so they are not wrong. It's basically the best of the worst way to objectively measure frame, since your wrists is mostly muscle.

Your wrists are mostly bone and tendons.

Arnold, Frank Zane, Serge nubret, etc. all have pretty tiny wrists. Small joints are good for aesthetics, but bad for powerlifting. Taller people tend to have smaller joints, so there's that. They are literally stretched more out compared to manlets.

Having smaller wrist makes your arms look bigger. All around makes your physique look more aesthetic
As the guy above me said it's bad for powerlifting and stenght.

But i'm pretty sure you only care about the physique.
