Unless you are African. Wrist size is generally correlated with overall frame size. Thin wrists means you are probably a framecel with small ribcage, small joints and small bones.

That's weird, my wrists look subhuman, but my frame isn't that bad (its not a mogger frame, but its not a malnourished famine frame either). Maybe my skull being small makes my frame look larger.

I wanted to check if this shit was bro science or not.

I saw a few websites list it as a way to determine your body frame type i.e ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph.

So 6.5 - 7.5 is where you want to be essentially.

@KingOfCurrycels 6.5 is the start of mesomorph, so it's more or less medium. Also I think the mesomorph looks the most balanced and aesthetic, so unless a sumo wrestler build is your dream, it's not even a problem.
