Guys what's the status on wristmaxxing? Where we're at? Is it over if I have extremely narrow wrists as 17M? (I do have good forearms tho.)

Wear a watch to fraud. Nothing else u can really do about it, some armwrestlers say their Training improved their wrist and hand size so maybe look into this, and maybe roiding could help aswell

Try volufiline on the wrist (maybe cope but still try)
bonesmash the wrist (also cope but still try)
do a steroid cycle maybe some bone growth will happen (may work and helps with other things too)
