srs tho I've written a couple stories there, one has >500 reads.

Tips:
-Don't use aspie/PSL/overly complicated lingo or grammar, because nobody wants to have to look up words as they're reading.
-Watch out for plot holes
-Keep all chapters relatively the same length

Ideas:
-Maybe make the main character go from ugly to better looking, then showcase the difference in treatment he got before and after
-Write the MC in first person so it's easier to relate to
-Make sure to explicitly describe every character's looks and how they are accordingly treated

Weird ideas:
-Make an absolute Gigachad character (like Matt Lemond) who complains about not being laid due to his "bad personality" just for shits and giggles, this should also highlight the absurdity of this happening IRL
-Make a 4'10" balding Indian janitor who slays every girl in the story with his "good personality" because it's preposterous and would never happen IRL
