first off, idk how to explain well so spare me. hello, ill explain how to properly classify phenotypes like an actual based anthropologist, and the do's and dont's. AND CREDITS TO @anthrocellogy


MISTAKES WHEN CLASSIFYING:
a common mistake or misconception when classifying is looking at cranium development (craniometry) that are caused by environmental factors rather than actual genomic traits. This method of classifying is much more relevant to today’s time rather than craniometry which was used like 100 years ago nga .

TIPS WHEN CLASSIFYING:
only things u needa look at is their Cupids bow, ears, and nose shape.

some extra help can be their ethnicity, last name, and their parents/family’s phenotype (only if you know these)

How difficult is it to understand that you can be recessed or developed regardless of your cephalic index?

The cephalic index is more determined by genetics than ur cupid bow or ears
