I just saw my pics when i had no acne and my nose has no bulbousity even in selfies, now it is fat as fuck. Is this why accutane shrinks noses? Does it have something to do with sebaceous gland inflammation

Yea it’s not funny but it smells like when my hair is greasy

i also have an excess of oil production in hair, but in the skin using AHAs and BHAs helps, tretinoin helps a little with oil production, accutane MAYBE solve this, what made it bulbous for me is sebaceous filaments
