till he hits 20 I bet he's gonna be at least 185cm maybe hitting 190cm

Gen Z has more substance abuse problems, higher obesity rates, more sleep disorders, a chronic dopamine addiction to social media, and they're being fed more xenoestrogens and toxic, nutritionless food more than any other generation. There's no way Gen Z isn't going to be shorter. The meme here that Gen Z is taller is from insecure manlets who literally just saw a tall kid and started panicking.

It's true that our health, height and nutrition was improving drastically in the past 100 years, but now, thanks to living in the absolute mess that is our society, we've reached a turning point in history.
