They only ‘show up’ or they’re only prominent when someone takes a flash pic of me, but it ruins my face overall. How the fuck were these these things caused? Is it due to a lack of lower eye bone support? Is it due to my bloat or why? I have it ever since I was like 12 or maybe even before.

One thing I can promise you is that a few sessions of hardcore dermarolling(till bloody) with a 1.5mm, 192 pin roller will erase those lines.
I had under eye lines that dissapeared after three sessions.

You should probably roll that entire area so that it evens out.
