I use a cleanser, salisylic acid, benzoel peroxide twice a day, I clean my pillow cases once a week and thats kept my skin quality managable for many years but these last few days it seems like every morning theres a new pimple and it's pissing me off, it's gotten so bad this is humiliating to exist with. Last weekend I went on a trip and smoked a bunch of cigirettes and drank a bit and smoked some weed for the first time in months im wondering if that might have something to do with it.

Benzoyl Peroxide is lowkey goated it makes my skin thin when i spam it on my nose and it shrinks it a bit.
Could be placebo tho or im just retarded, but even other people seem to notice it, sometimes when i use it a fuck ton overnight it shrinks it a bit and friends ask if i did something but then the next day it returns back to normal.

Would only recommend if ur going somewhere important, u could take it with Hydrokortison.
Skincare wise its shit and takes a fuck ton and breakouts can easily happen.
