wtf do i do for acne

i've been dealing with acne for 5 years and i'm 14 turning 15 in 2 months now, i've done accutane, tret, quite literally everything and it always seems to come back. i've never experienced and actual clear face or anything close to one. im looking for oral suggestions mainly or topical things. current routine is 4% panoxyl (could switch to 10%) , 0.025% tret, cerave lotion, barrier repair cream. images below are in the most honest lighting i could get
