I'm quite clueless on this topic.

All the shampoos and conditioners I've used are piss-tier quality-wise. I use Hanz de Fuko Claymation to style my hair daily and I blow-dry it, so I have to wash my hair with shampoo at least once every two days. I live in a hot country and if I don't wash my hair or use products, it gets visibly greasy on the 3rd day quite consistently. My questions are:

1. How often to wash my hair, there's so much bs on this topic.
2. Which products should I use (hair styling product recommendations welcome too)
3. Should I get a heat-protectant to use before I blow-dry?

Post pic of ur hair

also wash hair often so it doesnt get fluffy or greasy. I shower with conditioner then let it self-dry so it gets wavy

check out a company called Kevin murphy
it is an Australian hair product company which is sulfate free paraben free and cruelty free
it relies on natural ingredients
it is used by models and movie celebrities
they made a shampoo for everyday use which doesn't make hair greasy or super clean and dry

wash your hair every 2 or 3 day with shampoo.

i recommend products from Hanz de Fuko. Shampoo+conditioner(you can read the ingredients on the website, only natural stuff)

That's it.

don't ever blowdry just towel dry instead, your hair will be less greasier

Wash mine with shampoo without a lot of added stuff (without parabens and so on) 5 times a week

I only use saltwater spray to style my hair

Your hair gets greasy because you use shampoo/conditioner too often and strip your hair of its natural oils so it overproduces to compensate. I haven't used shampoo or conditioner in two years and haven't had problems with my hair since. Before I had dandruff, split ends and thinning. Call me grim but my hair is healthy and how it should be so idc, until I start norwooding.

I have tried sea salt spray but it only works as a prestyler. My hair is very fine and hard to style, impossible to keep it up without strong products.

1. However often you need to. It will vary depending on activity level, climate, your hair type, etc.
2. What kind of price range are you looking at?
3. It depends how frequently you're blow-drying and how hot the air is, but I would.

You can read some of the ingredients on the website. They are deliberately quiet about the full list since its absolutely not natural. It not being natural isn't an issue in terms of efficacy- but its bullshit for them to claim that the product is "natural".

What "added stuff"?
And parabens are demonstrably safe.

1. I thought washing it everyday would be drying, but I have to because I exercise everyday, temperatures here reach 50C+ in the summer, I’ve straight, fine hair that gets greasy quick. Would I have to use any products like oils to alleviate this? If so, when and how often?
2. Preferably cheap, maximum 30$
3. Will get one in that case.

What should a haircare routine look like? The following is what I do rn:
Morning: blowdry + styling clay
Evening: Shampoo + conditioner
Does anything need to be added?

Thanks a lot for your reply, I appreciate the help.

It can be, but if you use the right products for you and you need to then then wash as often as you need.

Davines products tend to be a safe bet.

Potentially a deep conditioning mask every few washes?
