Just eat like a caveman our ancestors ate Whole Foods meat carbs (rice is a modern convicnence) and eat micronutrients like veggies. Natural fats like butter and even olive oil too, avocado, nuts. Don’t think too much. You don’t need to be a afghan cave lurker high T monkey in this lifetime
