What's happened to my eye area recently?

I was having a weird feeling in my left eyelash like it was really heavy, and now my upper eyelid exposure has been getting worse and worse to the point where I need to fraud 24/7 now.

Mostly in left eye but I think it's happening in the right too.

I've been losing weight but that can't be all that's happened?

Bear in mind these are different angles, don't know how to get it perfect. I think I'm looking down slightly in the after.

Shaved the end of my eyebrow to make it straighter btw, that's unrelated
