Go gym to lift weight and do cardio, don't smoke weed (This ruins any cut for me), use caffeine and nicotine to surpress apetite. Eat enough protein. I like to fast till dinner, to have more calories at night.

Poutches like velo or zyn, if you like strong poutches I recommend iceberg or cuba black (these stronger ones, especially cuba black, do temporarily damage your gums).
