I finished invisalign so my incisors should be fine, but can the anterior nasal spine be shaved in order to create a more convex shape?
edit: seems like they do shave it as part of rhino plasty sometimes, LIFEFUEL ITS FIXABLE

If your incisors are vertical then it looks like you have bimaxillary prognathism or something.

You could shave the bone there but it would probably look unnatural and you wouldn’t even get the aesthetic benefit of the forward alveolar bone that is supposed to be responsible for the convexity.
