Wtf I can eat 3000 calories a day and not put on pound

Literally I ate 3k cals a day for months during the covid pandemic and did absolutely nothing and didn’t gain one pound

I always had gastritis and stomach problems as a teenager like pain attacks and shit maybe that’s why ? I never got it diagnosed or checked by a specialist though bad boy trait JFL I said fuck it and kept smoking cigs. Combined with a freak of nature fast metabolism that would do the trick

I only barely gain at 4000 and that’s maybe 5 pounds every 12 weeks if I do that consistently so I gave up on weight gain

Yeah but not gaining a pound on the scale is not normal

I tried an androgen cycle and 3 peanut butter sandwiches on cinnamon bread and fucking serious mass gainer lifting 6 days a week and barely gained 5 lbs in 3 months

This is pretty normal. You just don't notice that you are more jittery and shit. Your body adapts so it keeps the same bf%, the more you eat, the more you jitter and just use those extra calories without noticing. Idk your age but 15-17 is this is most typical at. Don't take it for granted, it will slow down as you age and if you still live the same lifestyle you'll put on weight so fast you won't even notice it. Its kinda like a double edged sword, if you are already lean its easy to stay lean, but if you are trying to bulk its gonna be a nightmare, you're gonna need to stuff yourself with "filler" calories like chocolate muffins and shit, sounds good now but do it for 3 months and you'll be throwing up.
 
Eat more starchy foods (potatoes, sorghum, white rice) if you want to gain weight, insulin is anabolic by promoting glucose and amino acids intake in cells. Avoid that peanut butter shit, polyunsaturated fats are estrogenic.
 
3k is so low, i used to eat around 5k to actually gain muscles, i was done with gymcelling because i had to eat 24/7 becauise of my trash genes meanwhile my chad classmate can go from fat fuck after 1 year of quarantine to an ideal body in just 2 weeks or the opposite.
 
I think it's all abot genetics.

My younger cousin spends all day playing Xbox and doesn't move, and he must eat 3000 calories in junk food easily per day, and he's a rake. 6 pack and no fat at all (not muscly since he doesn't work out at all, but the complete lack of fat means you can see his abs and stuff)
His mum is similar. She even looks like she works out a bit, but she's a lawyer and has no time for that shit (never exercised)

I'm currently eating under 1k calories to try to stop being a fat ass lol. If I ate like him, i'd be John Candy size haha
