1. If u dont want to have gyno, take an aromatase inhibitor, which will inhibit the test from turning into estrogen and giving you gyno

2. Dht already causes suppression, so youre gonna have lower test and smaller balls on dht gel anyways. Thats why you take hcg or enclomiphine during a cycle, which send hormones to your balls to make them produce testosterone and not shrink

3. If you do proper pct, your hormones will be back to normal after a cycle. People have ran test for 20 years straight and still managed to get their natural test back, so it shouldnt be an issue if you only run it for say 5 years while youre still young. You should incorporate breaks in between cycles and do pct more often if ur really scared
