Wtf is going on? Why am I getting asymmetrical?

I’ve always had a somewhat okay level of facial symmetry, but lately my face has become so asymmetrical, it’s unreal.

Photos don’t even capture the dysmorphia I’ve been feeling these days — what the fuck is going on? I haven’t made any lifestyle changes either. What’s happening?
