WTF is going on with subliminals

Saw this account posted in another thread.

So many comments about how they've seen changes using it. Shit like

today im gonna start and keep you all updated regularily on my progress: (I have this on almost the entire day and nights)
day 1: no noticable changes yet
day 2: the jaw looks like its slightly wider and more hollow but it could just be my original face as well, and eyes are little bit more attractive but the difference if any is very small
day 3: when i woke up my eyes looked more hooded and wider but now it almost look exactly like my original face, cheeks are more hollow, the jaw hasnt had noticably changes, eyes just temporary maybe my eyes were just more closed

They can't all be trolling.

This has got to be the biggest cope I've ever seen.

Please explain. WTF am i seeing?
