stop licking them, i can tell because the outer rims are reddish. brush them with your toothbrush and cold water daily and use aquaphor afterwards to moisturize. this will break off all the dead skin and let healthy skin surface|

just carry around some form of moisturizer for your lips whether it be carmex or aquaphor to replace the moisture you received from the saliva and try to get rid of the habit asap. aquaphor will ascend your lips, apply whenever they feel dry, especially after warm / hot showers
