I thought i was in a growth spurt bc i grew 2 cm in 1 month but when i started going to the gym and bulked a little i stopped growing??Like i bulked bc my estrogen is fucking crashed at 3 and im 14.I was gonna do hgh but my order from ssa clearly got raped in the ass.Im not even doing any deadlifts or anything like squats whatever.Just lmk what to do im only 172 cm (5'8)
