i do 2-3x untill failure

i think everything works with enough time. i know absolute jacked people that do 5+ sets with high reps. it doesn't matter at all.

if you're not on PED's 4 sets is unnecessary and provides diminishing returns and increased fatigue.

2 sets til failure is enough to stimulate hypertrophy but i cba to attach studies.

8-12 reps is where you need to fail at.

You are stupid fucking retarded subhuman. You should do 1-2 sets till failure (adjust weights)(5-8) reps dont do fucking shit like 12-20 reps its just fatigue you dont need anyway. 1-2 sets till failure stimulates muscle just same as 4sets 12 reps
