basic question, basic answer. you need to know the fundamentals before even asking about uee or whatever. first, understand that eyes are just a hole on face and any detail there can be analyzed in terms of overall attractiveness - color intensity/variation, shape symmetry, thickness and fullness etc., but not without proper comparison with other people's faces so we can call it objectively "beautiful". this example is just 10/10 typical eye for average female standard, nothing special really. you should read basics about face analysis to see more examples like this and learn how to analyze properly yourself.
