it's not impossible but it would require a huge time and money investment and would come with significant opportunity costs in the meanwhile. He would need to dissolve his fillers, get a bimax, shave his head and get a hair transplant, so he would look subhuman for a year and lose 60% of his gains cuz he would need to stop working out for a while and maybe hop off roids too. Then after he heals up he'd get rhino, another ht if needed and then rebuild his body and if all goes well, in 2-3 years he could become decent facially. But that would probably fuck up his streaming career and his entire brand since it hinges on coping without surgery and masking the issue.

it's not impossible, there are plenty of people with fine hair, even I have rather fine hair. you need to adjust the cut accordingly, use some powder for volume/texture and don't try some zyzz shit with bleached strands.
