happened to me often in my doomer phase. Im sure your depressed or smth if not then just get through that it just happens 4 times a year and your 19 could be puberty mood swings

go to doctor ask them to take blood tests for vitamins, thyroid functions, and hormones, anything werid with any of these will make you wanna rope and be depressed
