I have to eat like 1500 calories to lose weight and like 1700 to maintain it’s so frustrating I just wanna eat like a normal fucking person

I exercise a fucking lot, I’ve shown my physique here before and many told me it was perfect, but idk I just wanna eat man can’t do anything normally

Sounds normal to me. If you aren't tall, physically active and have little muscle mass, your TDEE will be lower. If you want to increase it, build muscle and be more active
 
Meanwhile I can sit around and eat 3000 calories and still lose weight :Comfy:
