WTF is wrong with my face?

I’m 17 almost 18 162.4 pounds 5,11

Why the fuck do I have so much facial fat? Is it bone structure, is it fat distribution genetics, is it because I’m bloated, is it cause I’m just fucking fat?

I don’t have a crazy low bf but I’m not obese why do I have the face of a whale?
I don’t know my exact bf but I have qaud vains occasionally and I heard that’s around like 10-15 bf

Please help he I will do whatever even if I have to do fat dissolver

Iv been cutting for about a week do I just need to cut longer and that will fix it or should I inject fat dissolver?
