If you look at his stats on Google, there's nothing special. He's 1.78cm tall and Just 72kg, yet on câmera he looks taller than his true height and stronger than Just 72kg with the shirts on, whereas I would Just stop existing with these stats with clothes on

His shirtless pics show that he's skinny indeed wich is weird.

Probably its his build. He should be twink with shirts on like Neymar, but he isnt. And he also looks kinda tall on Cam.

I suspect he does some weight training, but not bodybuilidng focused, a lot of core training, but his wide misection and general strong build is mostly genetic. I highly doubt he trained his neck directly to reach that size for example.
