long stretches, i could feel myself getting taller during it fr, gave me tablets, changed diet, sitting with correct posture and pushing myself down to crack my spine a little. Not saying this will work for you, only if you have a bad posture it will.

But i dont think ill grow anymore my posture if near perfect now.

It’s not really permanent and you need to keep it up, but it can help
