Rather Calisthenicsmax to build muscle first first. Easier to lose weight/bf that way.

I can run fast for 4 mins straight. But it's very painful and my face burns though.

Am able to run 15 km with breaks in between.(did it before)

you are the definition of a fucking pussy, 13 yo me used to do 5 sets to failure on leg press, followed by 3 sets of squats to then do 3 sets of leg extension, each set being a dropset to failure which is then super setted with lunges to failure and bodyweight squats to failure. shit would take 2 and a half hours but ur bitch ass is complaining abt calisthenics. JFL you are going to die a fucking loser

forgot to mention i did hamstring curls 6x to failure 3 of those sets were dropsets

You're better off going to an actual gym with free weights and machines if you're serious about gymmaxxing tbh, it will be hard to progress calisthenics past a certain point
