People lie alot about being approached, I recommend getting some hobbies or building up your instagram account with good posts something like with ur friends or some sport related stuff. If you want girls setting up an instagram account is a good start.

To get cold approached in public you'd need a good known place that ppl go to looking for someone. You obviously won't get asked out at the beach or a restauraunt. You usually get asked out near a club or a skatepark, I know some friends who usually get asked out in places where its known for large female groups to appear and all my friends are ltn's lol.

It mainly depends on the group. Let's take "chammaks" for example in Dubai, they go around places at friday-saturday and usually cause trouble. The girls are really into dating and situationships. So just find yourself a somewhat similar group.
